Free Plan
If you are using the Free plan, there is no app subscription charge from Smart Variant Table. You can uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time.
Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are approved in Shopify before billing begins. You can cancel future billing by uninstalling the app or canceling the app subscription according to Shopify billing flow. Cancellation stops future charges, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been billed.
When Refunds May Be Considered
We review refund requests case by case. A refund may be considered when:
- You were charged after uninstalling or canceling and Shopify billing records confirm the issue.
- A duplicate app charge occurred.
- A confirmed technical issue prevented the app from working on your store and our support team could not resolve it in a reasonable way.
- You contacted us shortly after the charge and have not meaningfully used the paid feature set.
When Refunds Are Usually Not Provided
Refunds are generally not provided for completed billing periods, unused time after a subscription has been active, changes in business needs, uninstalling after a billing period has already started, custom theme conflicts that require separate development work, or issues caused by third-party apps or custom code outside Smart Variant Table.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@impactaddons.com and include:
- Your Shopify store URL.
- The billing date and plan name.
- A short explanation of the issue.
- Any screenshots or Shopify billing details that help us review the request.
We will review the request and, when applicable, process the refund through Shopify or guide you through the correct Shopify billing step.
Support Before Refund
If the issue is setup or theme compatibility, please contact support first. Many issues can be fixed quickly by adjusting app settings, theme app block placement, native control hiding, or theme selectors.
